Please note there are three different types of Exhibition stand plus this year. Please make sure you reference to the correct one. Check the size on your contract and floorplan.


GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Location: 4YFN will be located in Hall 8.1 and a section of Hall 8.0 at Fira Gran Via Venue 8.0. Please check the Floorplan to confirm your stand location
  • Handover: Exhibition Stand Plus stands will be accessible from Sunday 2 March 2025
  • IMPORTANT: All stand packages are subject to change and will be adapted as necessary to adhere to government guidance and regulations in place at the time of the Event.

Branding:
  • Pull-up banners, posters or any other form of branding are not permitted on the aisles
  • No rigging above the structure is permitted
Co-exhibitors:
  • Should you wish to have other companies co-exhibiting in your space, you will need to provide each co-exhibitor's details by submitting the Stand Co-exhibitors form in the Forms & Deadlines page
